About Mike Knox: Michael Shawn Hettinga was born on July 17, 1978 in San Bernardino, California. Michael completed his training from “Navajo Warrior” Steve Islas and started his career in 2002 for Impact Zone Wrestling. He made his debut in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in February 2005. Knox presently performs from RAW Brand. Knox made his debut in ECW on June 20, 2006.
